The implementation went as smooth as expected. When Freeport Press received the unit, they powered it up, attached it to the server, had it running for an hour and started to use the unit. James notes, “The outcome of the RS8 SS is fabulous, the key benefits of this unit is the speed and expandability. When it comes time to get another unit here in the building, I’m going to propose another one of the RS8.”

Freeport Press configured RS8 SS with LSI host bus adapter and Window Server 2003. “The performance is beyond my expectations. If I would rate the customer service from 1 to 10, I would say is 10,” James adds, “Every time I have called in, when we’re doing the presales stuff, one of Enhance Technology’s inside sales person will get one of your inside tech people on the phone to answer my questions and address them. I feel very comfortable making the purchase after my questions.”
