A Pioneer and leader in hybrid I/O technologies, Enhance Technology introduces the storage appliance R6SC , a 2U rackmount RAID engine embedded storage system product line, developed for OEM, VAR, & storage solution providers for daily Disk-to-Disk (D2D) backup, video editing, e-mail archive, etc. The EnhanceRAID™ R6SC features a next generation 64-bit Scale storage processor capable of sustaining data rates up to 265MB/Sec, and offers a cutting edge "web-based" user interface which provides complete storage control over a standard web browser. The EnhanceRAID R6SC of systems features Ultra320 SCSI host interface with support for six (6) Serial ATA I/II disks, and one additional 5.25" standard bay optioned for Tape (D2D2T) or other removable storage media (DVD or HD-DVD) for offline backup purpose or media exchange. EnhanceRAID systems provide a host of RAID advanced functions, empowering users with capabilities (such as RAID 6 feature) normally found in enterprise-class storage systems.
