Product Overview

The portable EnhanceRAID™ T4 CR is a cost effective stand-alone eSATA desktop storage appliance with built-in OS transparent RAID engine that targets at various user levels such as digital content creators, game designers, and SMB database managers. It comes with a hardware embedded RAID engine that wraps Four (4) SATA disks into one RAID protected volume, while connecting to a host computer through an external eSATA port. The EnhanceRAID™ T4 CR offers plug’n’play simplicity connecting to either a Apple Macintosh or Window machine, and is ideal for SMB backup, workgroup productivity, email archive, and provides the fastest, simplest, safest way to share protected data between desktops, networks and workgroups.

Our user friendly Web Graphical User Interface allows one to monitor the disk array from a remote site with simple internet access, no additional management software ever needed. Hight Data Availablity

EnhanceRAID™ T4 CR features high-speed SRAM for streamlining data transfer and buffering, and offers RAID data protection while delivering satisfying performance for most applications with efficient I/O optimization processing intelligence. Drive failure detection, automatic drive rebuild, hot spare assignment and background rebuild functions makes it possible for users to monitor and address system conditions. In addition, the EnhanceRAID™ T4 CR storage RAID system supports over 2TB capacity using the eSATA connection on Windows Server 2003 or Windows Vista, which tranfers to longer video recording hours or higher-resolution video in a digital video recorder, or more accounts in a mail server. FireWire or USB connection only supports under 2TB capacity on all available operating systems at this time.
