Proudly presented by Enhance Technology, the EnhanceRAID™ R4 CR is a cost effective stand-alone 1U rackmount storage appliance with built-in OS transparent RAID engine that targets SMB, Workgroup, and Departmental backup usage. It comes with a hardware embedded RAID engine that wraps Four (4) SATA 3Gbps disks into one RAID protected (0, 5) volume, while connecting to a host computer with either USB, FireWire or eSATA port. The EnhanceRAID™ R4 CR is ideal for SMB backup, workgroup productivity, email archive, and provides the fastest, simplest, safest way to share protected data between desktops, networks and work groups.

Versatile RAID Storage Module

The EnhanceRAID R4 CR1000 system is a host independent storage appliance which provides a transparent and driverless method of adding additional RAID protected storage to an existing IT infrastructure, regardless of your operating system or hardware. It is ideal for Microsoft Exchange and SQL server, and provides the fastest, simplest, safest way to protected data.

High DATA Availability

The R4 CR features high-speed SRAM for streamlining data transfer and buffering, and offers RAID data protection while delivers satisfying performance for most applications with the low-latency XOR logic, and efficient I/O optimization processing intelligence. Drive failure detection, automatic drive rebuild, hot spare assignment and background rebuild, make it possible for users to monitor and address system conditions.
