Enhance Technology is proud to unveil its next generation EnhanceRACK R8 MS, a 2U 8-disk rackmount storage array designed for OEM, VAR, & storage solution providers for daily Disk-to-Disk (D2D) backup, video editing, e-mail archive, etc. The R8 MS, a host card (HBA) RAID dependent storage array that transfers data through its two Mini-SAS SFF-8088 (Small Form Factor) multi-lane ports and is designed to provide the storage market a high capacity, high density, high-performance and low cost storage solutions.

The propriety SASLINK™ & SATALINK™ I/O technology is introduced to connect additional disk array system through Mini-SAS interface that helped resellers and integrators to offer more cost/effective storage solution to the end customers. The R8 MS rackmount storage system fits in any storage cabin that combines eight (8) low-cost next generation SATA II 3Gbps HDDs or eight (8) high-performance enterprise 15,000 RPM SAS HDDs. Available in JBOD or host bus adapter (HBA) dependent RAID configurations, the R8 MS is the most compact, versatile and cost effective storage arrays for resellers and system integrators.

The R8 MS offers standard 250W PSU or the 350W redundant power supply for extra protection; hot swappable fan and high power cooling for ease of airflow within the unit. R8 MS is the most versatile & adaptable storage solution in the market and is ideal for SOHO and small to medium-sized organizations. |
