The TeraStor JS3160SC disk array subsystem is built to deliver the highest Ultra320 SCSI performance with enterprise level of reliability. Combined with two Ultra320 SCSI channels with eight drives in each , the JS3160SC simply put competition behind and boosts a stunning 400MB/s RAID or JBOD storage solution. The JS3160SC SCSI storage array combines high density diskstorage and a slim form factor with lowest cost per gigabyte, and delivers exceptional functionality that can cover a wide range of applications. TeraStor JS3160SC features an industry standard 19" rackmount configuration that supports up to sixteen 15K RPM diskdrives and over 4.8TB of Ultra320 SCSI capacity in a compact 3U form factor.

JS3160SC is specially designed to offer next generation performance, versatility and outstanding disk protection. With built-in dual Ultra320 SCSI buses, the TeraStor JS3160 SC easily integrates into any SCSI environment, and supports a wide variety of configurations to match your storage requirements such as JBOD storage array, hardware RAID connected to a host adapter, or Software RAID configurations. With an expansion SCSI port on both channels daisy-chaining additional systems is quick and simple. Non-proprietary system architecture allows for easy integration, future storage expansion and true enterprise level disk protection.

Equipped with (16) hot-swappable disk modules, the JS3160SC can provide years of reliable operation while providing a safe environment to house your data. The heavy duty redundant hot-swappable power modules not only provide clean quality power, but make exchanging faulty modules a snap. The TeraStor JS3160SC comes complete with everything needed to properly connect and install with minimal effort. Included, are a set of premium ball-bearing slide rack rails and external Ultra320 SCSI LVD cables. Internal electronic termination is in place on both disk channels (no terminator required).
