Online Real-time System Diagnosis -
Upon a reported system error, Enhance technical staff will immediately perform online real-time system diagnosis to determine next support action.  

After-hour Web-based Support -
Available to the solution buyers, a click on Enhance web support page will bring a live support staff to answer your tech questions.

Advanced System Replacement -
The solution buyers will have a 60-day window to request advanced system (w/o disks) replacement upon an identified system failure by Enhance tech staff. 

Next Day Parts Delivery -
The solution buyers will receive next day parts delivery upon component failure identified by Enhance tech staff.

1st Year Loaner Unit -
The solution buyers will entitle a 12-month window to request a pre-certified loaner unit (w/o disks) while waiting for system pair service.

Three Years Warranty On Parts and Labor -
The EnhanceRAID and EnhanceCare SSP comes with three years warranty on parts and labor.
