How to Obtain Service
The Enhance Technology Support and Service departments are available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm PST.
1. Please have your model number, serial number, and ARP serial number available and if possible the invoice from your purchase source before you call
2. Contact the Enhance Technical Support Department line at (562) 777-3488 ext.312 to begin the troubleshooting/diagnosis process.
3. The Enhance Technical Support department will work with you to resolve any technical issues with your product.
4. If the Technical Service departments finds any parts that are defective and need to be replaced (according to the conditions outlined in this statement) you will be transferred to the service department and be provided an RMA based on the service levels that were purchased with your product (standard RTV, ARP, DOA, or Out of Warranty Support).
