Enhance Technology Inc. provides a manufacture’s warranty on its product to be free of defects for up to 3 Years*(please see specific model warranty matrix listed below) starting from the date of original purchase either from Enhance Technology or from an authorized distributor and reseller.

If the product is determined by the Enhance Technology RMA department to be defective and verified to be under the warranty, a RMA case number will be issued to customer for returning the product back to Enhance Technology. Customer is responsible to pay one way shipping back to Enhance for RMA repair purpose. Enhance Technology will either repair or replace the defective product. The manufacture’s warranty covers both the parts and labor.

This warranty, however, does not apply to any failure or defect caused by user error, misuse, accidental damage, abuse, modification, improper installation, shipping damage, electrical surge or any natural disasters such as fire, flood, earthquake, etc. 

Enhance Technology standard product warranty policy does not apply to products intended for OEM/ODM distribution, refurbished products or products sold on auction websites such as Ebay.

Advanced Replacement Package
Enhance Technology will replace failed components due to a manufacturer’s defect when authorized by Enhance Technology Technical Engineers, Enhance Technology will ship replacement components with free one-way next business day delivery. Problems or issues must be reported and confirmed by 2PM Pacific Standard Time in order for replacement components to be delivered by next business day.

The Advanced Replacement Package is available for:
1 Year ARP
2 Years ARP
3 Years ARP

*Customer is responsible for sending the defective component back to Enhance Tech Inc within 7 days of receiving the replacement parts. Enhance Technology; however, is not responsible for any misuse, abuse, or any damage caused by natural disasters such as floods, lighting or force majeure. Enhance Technology is not responsible for loss of data. Customer is responsible for backing up the data regularly or when sending the unit back for repair purpose.

On-Site Support
Enhance Technology sends authorized personnel to installation site to work on the problem after Enhance Technology has isolated the problem and deemed onsite support necessary. For detail onsite support procedure and coverage detail please contact your Enhance Technology sales account managers.

Out of Warranty RMA Request

If your product is out of warranty, or you are unable to provide evidence to prove the unit is purchased from an authorized location or that the unit is still under the warranty, you can do the following to seek RMA repair:

Provide the model number and serial number to the RMA representative
2.
A repair cost estimate will be provided or customer can pay both way to have the units shipped to Enhance RMA department for after warranty repair price quotation 
* All products under the after-warranty repair service will be covered for a period of 3 month.
